The E-Z TV Lift Fireplace Model is a professionally engineered tool that will safely install or remove a flat panel TV from the wall bracket.
This model is used when a fireplace hearth is present. It has five modular components - base assembly, bottom TV support assembly, top TV center support arm and two main tube assemblies. An extension tube is available for 9 or 10 foot high ceilings at a cost of $40.00.
The base is adjustable for different height, width and depth raised hearths. It will go over a 4" high x 5' wide x 24" deep hearth. The footprint of the base is 26" deep x 48" high. In it's fully extended position it is 66" wide x 26" deep to accomodate a 60" raised hearth. The top TV support arm is fully adjustable for TV's 24" high to 36" high, and any width. A threaded knob is used to lock the bar in place. Assembly time is approximately 1 minute for the complete lift, with no tools needed.
The winch is state of the art with an automatic brake. If you accidentially release the winch handle while raising or lowering a TV the brake will lock, preventing the TV from falling to the floor. The winch strap can also be raised or lowered with a cordless drill.
